This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Renter") and Toolbnb, LLC ("Toolbnb"), a Florida limited liability company. By checking the box below and submitting your tool request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Nature. You are renting, not purchasing. All tools remain the property of Toolbnb, LLC for the duration of the rental period.

2. Eligibility and Review. Toolbnb only purchases requested tools that (a) have a retail price between $200 and $2,000, (b) can be shipped by standard parcel carrier to your address, (c) are not already available in the Toolbnb catalog, and (d) are specialty tools rather than general-use items. Meeting these criteria does not guarantee fulfillment. Every request is reviewed individually, and Toolbnb may decline any request at its sole discretion, including for reasons of safety, shipping restrictions, seller reliability, availability, or price changes. If your request is declined, you will not be charged.

3. Payment Method Hold. Your payment method is saved at the time of request but will not be charged. You will only be charged if and when your request is accepted.

4. Review and Purchase Timeline. Requests are reviewed during US business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Toolbnb will review your request within 24 business hours of submission. If accepted, Toolbnb will purchase the tool within 24 hours of acceptance.

5. Cancellation. You may cancel your request at any time before it is accepted. Once a request has been accepted, cancellation is no longer available.

6. Shipping Estimates. Shipping costs are estimated at the time of request. Any excess from the shipping buffer will be refunded after the tool is delivered.

7. 21-Day Rental Period. Your rental period is 21 days, unless Toolbnb states a different rental period for your request when it is accepted. The rental period begins on the date the carrier's tracking confirms delivery of the tool to your shipping address. The tool is considered returned on the date the carrier first scans your return package (when tracking shows it in transit), not the date it reaches Toolbnb. Rental fees stop accruing on that date. Your return-by date is displayed in your order details.

8. Deposit-to-Purchase Conversion. If the carrier has not scanned your return package by your return-by date, your deposit will be retained and the tool becomes your property.

9. Return Condition. Tools must be returned in the condition in which they were received, normal wear and tear excepted. Damage, missing parts, or loss may result in partial or full forfeiture of your deposit.

10. Pre-Paid Return Shipping. A pre-paid return label is included with your shipment. You are responsible for handing the package to the carrier in time for it to be scanned by your return-by date. A package left in a drop box or at a location that has not yet scanned it is not considered returned.

11. Limitation of Liability. Toolbnb, LLC is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or harm of any kind resulting from the use of rented tools. All tools are provided "as-is" for the duration of the rental period.

12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Toolbnb, LLC harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the tools.

13. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, regardless of the Renter's location.
