Freud 98-307 3-Piece French Door Router Bit Set
Freud · Model: 98-307
Condition: rental unit — may be new or pre-owned, and may show cosmetic wear from earlier rentals. What's included is listed in the description; anything not listed isn't included.
Makes full-lite (single glass pane) French doors: the stile and rail profiles plus the mortises.
In the box: Stile bit, rail bit, 16-120 mortising bit. The kit card lists every piece; missing pieces are charged at replacement.
Max RPM: Freud does not publish a set-level rating — read the rating on each shank and run the set at the lowest one. Use at or below the rated RPM and take the cut in multiple passes.
Cut: 1/2" shank (all three bits).
Router: Router table only. Variable speed; a 3-1/4 HP class router is the better pairing for French-door sets. You supply the router table and fence.
Matching router: our Bosch 1617EVSPK listing (2.25 HP, variable speed 8,000–25,000 RPM, 1/2" collet; Bosch rates it for bits up to 3-3/8" in a router table, 2" hand-held).
Ordered for you — usually ships within 10–14 business days.

Safety first: read the manufacturer's manual and safety instructions before you use this tool, and wear the protective gear they call for. Use it only for the jobs it's designed for. Return within 14 days. Kept the full 14 days, the rental costs at most $193.00 before tax and shipping. You'll never pay more than the replacement price shown, plus tax and shipping.
How payment works: nothing is charged at checkout. After the tool comes back and is checked, we take what you owe (rental fees for the days you had it, sales tax and round-trip shipping) from the hold and release the rest. Any damage is billed separately. If your card's hold would run out before your rental is over, we charge the held amount and refund what you don't owe after the return. See the Rental Agreement.
We buy this tool for your rental after you order, so it takes longer to ship than in-stock tools — usually 2 business days before it ships. Your rental days start only when it's delivered. If we can't get it, we'll cancel your order and release the hold on your card.
We currently rent only to addresses in Florida.
